Appointments are highly recommended. Some clients have long procedures that take hours to complete, so it is always best to have an appointment time. Especially on weekends of before holidays appointments are suggested. If we can accommodate walk-ins we will.
We suggest you book your next appointment at the end of your current one. We can always accommodate changes in scheduling with advanced notice. And we will send you an e-mail or text reminder before your next appointment. Usually we can fit people in with 24 to 48 hours advanced notice.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Things happen, we get that. We can always accommodate changes in scheduling with 24 hour minimum notice. If you are running late or not coming, please call as courtesy to our staff and other clients. Customers who cancel, reschedule often, or are no-shows may be asked to prepay for future services.
What Products Do You Use?
We use quality products in all we do. Our Alfaparf line of shampoos, hydration and treatments are available for a variety of hair types. Our Olaplaex products protect your hair when bleaching to change colors. We also use high quality hair colors and never skimp on foils to get the look you want. We also have products available for sale.
What If I Don't Like My New Color?
We always start with a color consultation, and often recommend gradual changes as the best course of action with the least potential damage to your hair. From time to time, the color we select just isn't right for you. Please let us know if you are not completely satisfied and we will work with you so you look good and feel good about your new color.
What is the Difference Between A Blow Dry and a Blow Out?
A blow dry simply drys and lightly shapes your hair after a shampoo, cut or color treatment to show you the cut and shine. A blow out is a much more complete service to shape and style your hair and may include the use of curling irons, flat irons and a variety of brushing techniques to style the hair. Blow outs are charged by hair length and texture.
Can I Add Services Once My Appointment Has Begun?
If time allows we will always try to accommodate your additional needs. However, if other customers are booked, we may not be able to add time consuming processes without some waiting or a future visit.
Do You Offer Discounts?
From time to time we do run specials to introduce new customers to us. These are meant for one-time trial use. We hope to earn your full-price business in the near future. For existing customers, we also offer seasonal specials for you and your friends. We strongly suggest you join our mailing list, or like us on social media to know about special promotions. Promotions are not automatically applied to all services, please request them or use a promotion code. A limit of one promotion per visit may be in place.
