Class Descriptions
Greg teaches an alignment based yoga class that is open to all levels. this style is great for beginners or advanced practitioners -- allowing modifications to meet you where you are in your physical practice.
All practices will focus on breath, postures and calming the mind. Sequences and themes of classes change daily. We may focus on twists, inversions (from simple down dog or forward bends to more challenging shoulder stands, head stands or forearm stands for those interested), backbends or balancing poses.
Classes are small so individual attention and instruction is available. Join us!
