Outdoor classes take place on ~
Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10:30 am
Saturday & Sunday at 10:30 am
Tuesday & Thursday at 7 pm
We have a covered deck area if light rain. We only cancel in the event of storms.
Feel free to text or call to inquire if class is on when weather is iffy.
We tend to lean towards "it's on" rather than "it's canceled."
But if you want to cancel before class due to weather
just let us know and you can come another day in the week.
We provide mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters free of charge for your class use.
